I have some excellent and some embarrassing news to share with you.

My baby — Sexy by Nature — has done well and gotten some wonderful reviews. Huzzah!!!

That’s the excellent part!

The embarrassing part is also inspiring and kind of exciting. It’s that these few reviews it has floating around the internet are not nearly enough for the kind of revolution we’d ideally like to have. Our community needs (and I need) your help.

Reviews of books on Amazon are incredibly important for turning Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and other readers on to certain books. It is, in fact, the most important thing for disseminating a message like this out into the wider world. It makes my skin itch to ask anyone to help me (regarding anything, come to think of it … 🙂 ), but this is where the power of community pays off big. This is for me, but it’s not just for me.

It’s for helping women find love and nature and love and confidence and love and power and did I say love?

  1. Paleo for 2 1/2 years. I am a 65 YO woman–excellent health now, working with RS and probiotics and feel super. I am working out at an ANytime Fitness place and I go at noon. I usually do upper body one day with intervals on the treadmill (about 15 min. total) and then switch to the lower body machines with intervals the next time and then one day doing all the machines and the intervals. I do heavy reps until I can’t and then when I can hit 16-20 reps I add another 5 lbs. I get my heart rate up to 140-150 and then get it down in intervals. I have limited time as I work full time.

    My question When do I eat my good carbs?: before workout (for breakfast around 7 am) or after workout when I get back to work? I am kind of confused. I am a normal weight but need muscle strength and keep bones good. Do you think I am working out appropriately for my age? but the carb question is bugging me. I feel much better since I have added potatoes and even white rice. I was LC/VLC for over 2 years.
