Hi ladies!
Welcome to episode 22 of TPW podcast!!! I am in sunny Las Vegas currently…. so I’m just going to leave it at that. 😉
Oh but also, this is quite possibly my favorite podcast we’ve done so far, because we talk about MYTHS ABOUT FEMALE SEXUALITY. We get super fiery and passionate, and you know that’s just us in our element having a ton of fun and caring a lot.
Yayy!

Loved the rant at the end and I am so happy you talked about all those things, because it’s extremely important for the world to know all of that! And because we don’t talk enough about that!
Also – night eating – Stef is your night meal just another “fourth” meal of the day, or you just “count” it as a snack or something like that?
I usually deal with that kind of problem, when I don’t eat enough throughout the day, and I either have to eat some coconut butter + fruit in order to fall asleep or I just wake up super early with my tummy rumbling.
Anyways – lots of hugs to you both ladies – love the podcast!
Thank you so much Noelle and Stefani for giving such a thorough, in-depth analysis in response to my question, this was extremely helpful. I just took detailed notes on everything you girls said, and am going to start making changes which will hopefully yield better sleep and well-being. My high intense workouts are usually in the afternoon, but once in a while will be around 5:30 pm, so it could very well be that my blood sugar is dropping and my cortisol is rising simultaneously which is making me wake up and stay awake in the middle of the night. If I were to be on a stranded island, I would chose team Stefani because I would want to dance all day and night with her, and also have detailed conversations about sloths, exotic animals, the universe and philosophy. Thank you ladies again, you rock! – Simone 🙂
This is the best comment of all time.
😉
Be aware – being up all night dancing is probably a big part of why I don’t sleep well. Sure does feel worth it though…
<3
Love it! Nothing better than dancing the night away 🙂 also wanted to add in there that we would also talk about TRADER JOE’S and BOSTON (I am from Boston but now live in Southern California)…because TRADER JOE’S IS LIFE and BOSTON IS BEAUTIFUL <3 xoxox
