I wait eagerly every week for the notification to come through telling me there is a new podcast. I love and get a lot out of everything you have to say. In particular you have totally helped me get over my carb-terror!! I feel so much happier and balanced with more carbs, and my energy levels are much better. Hi Stefani – I couldn’t help but notice you sounded kind of sad in this week’s podcast. Glad the self-love is intact but sometimes it’s nice to be the recipient of love from an external source simultaneously. Winging a hug your way out to Spain. I just found your pod cast, thank you so much for what you’re doing. You have no idea the amount of people you’re helping. I’ve lost over 100lbs on paleo and I’ve been doing it for over 2 years.
