LADIES I’M BACK!!!!!

Remember that podcast I recorded ages ago, that was downloaded several hundred thousand times, that interviewed total rockstar paleo leaders like Stacy Toth and George Bryant and Jimmy Moore about their relationships with food, that ended after 12 episodes because my life was so stressful, even though it was such an important podcast, in fact the first ever on body image and self love?

Well, this podcast is not anything like that.

LOL.

But it is I think even more awesome.

This time around, I do talk a lot about love – but I also share my favorite theories on hormone balance, the half-formed hypotheses about saturated fats I come up with in the shower, and my favorite paleo snack foods.

Best of all perhaps is that I am joined by a woman who I think is one of the absolute best in the field. Her name is Noelle Tarr. She writes at coconutsandkettlebells.com. She is smart. She is sassy. And is she the best co-host a woman could ask for.

Plus we are SO FUNNY.

Really, we are just about the funniest.
