Do some women have PCOS symptoms (body and facial hair) just because they are born that way? I have a low vocal range and I think I’m just this way.
I mean, I suppose it depends on how much hair, and how long you’ve had it? I do remember knowing some girls growing up who were a fair bit hairy but I am sure quite healthy… perhaps if it came on later in life then you know you may be able to reduce it somewhat?
If you increased your estrogen levels you may be able to balance that some?
Does that mean I need to fix my hormones or is that just how I am? I’d like to get rid of the unwanted hair.
No you can get rid of the hair
Thanks, Stefani! I guess I just think I’ve always had it. It has gotten more pronounced but I’m 20 now, and I’m shy because of it. I work out 6 days a week and eat pretty well (though I used to not eat enough and even lost my period for a while). Basically, I think I’m pretty healthy, so maybe it’s not any kind of “condition,” but maybe my hormones are just naturally this way? Would you recommend taking estrogen or how can I get rid of the hair?
Any chance you could share the Shepard’s pie recipe??
I LOVE Japanese sweet potatoes and that is sounding so good to me right now:-)
Thank you!!
